Mindful Beenies has been created by our founder Jenny to allow you to take some calm into your home. A structured session with a multitude of benefits for your child’s body and mind.
Warm up Time
Let’s get up and moving. Getting the heart rate rate up, increasing the blood flow to the muscles and setting the scene for our mindful adventure
Let‘s Stretch
A gentle stretch to help our flexibility, strength, body awareness and coordination. Using our theme as our guide it allows the mind to start to slow down and appreciate our body and how amazing it is.
Just Breathe
Starting to take it to the next level of mindfulness. Using exercises that are easy and understandable for children we engage our core muscles, lungs and free our minds with some relaxing breath work.
Time for Calm
Calm means nothing showing or feeling nervousness, anger or other strong emotions.‘ In this section we use simple reflective practices to engage body and mind. Increasing body awareness, engaging the breath with movement to ensure we are relaxed and ready for our final Chill time stage.
Chill Time
Grab a blanket, pillow or just find a quiet space to chill and enjoy our relaxation audio. Read and carpeted by Jenny they are sure to allow the whole body into a full relaxation.
Craft Time
Now that your little one is chilled out why not continue the fun with a craft to consolidate our learning adventure today. Simple crafts with everyday household items.
